Pathways to Memory

In this free, 5-class series presented by Homewatch Caregivers, participants will learn health lifestyle strategies in four areas of life key to maintaining memory fitness:

Healthy Diet
Physical Activity
Stress Reduction
Memory Training

Basic Spanish Lessons

CPA volunteer Paula is a native Spanish speaker who can teach YOU basic Spanish! This free, 4 week class will take place on the following dates at Lyndhurst Community Center:

Session 1: Tuesdays, August 30-September 20 from 10:30-11:30
Session 2: Tuesdays, September 27-October 18 from 10:30-11:30
